You should eat whenever you feel hungry and not overeat in order to prevent throwing up.
The bone structure of your baby depends on the calcium intake. You have to absorb around 1,500 mg of calcium for satisfying the needs of your baby and you. You can use calcium supplements if your calcium needs are not fulfilled by food products such as almonds, leafy vegetables, chia seeds, sesame needs that are great sources of calcium. The protein intake should be covered by the addition of nuts, beans and seeds to your diet plan.
Fiber intake is essential to avoid constipation issues during pregnancy. Vegetables and fruits should be taken in high amounts to cover the fiber content. You should also drink sufficient water throughout the day to keep your baby hydrated.
Iron deficiency is a common problem faced by pregnant women at the beginning of the pregnancy period. Potatoes, parsley, different seeds and nuts, dried tomatoes are a good source of iron. Iron supplements should be avoided to fill the deficiency since it can lead to diarrhea, constipation and cramps. All the nutrients and vitamins should be taken to fulfill the needs of the baby. Daily dose of vitamins should be included in your diet during pregnancy. Vitamin supplements should be taken only on advice of the doctor to avoid any kind of unwanted complication.
